Glass offers textures and shimmering finishes that have depth and light. The possibilities to paint with glass are endless with many beautiful ancient examples that have endured centuries.
They are an excellent, very durable medium for indoor and outdoor display.
Some of my mosaics have reverse glass painting as part of the glass mosaic, speaking to my foundations as a painter.
The public art installations at Tucson International Airport are examples of mosaics that combine my technique of using stained glass mosaic with reverse glass paintings.
