Wondering, a female cardinal painting, acrylic on panel by Sue Betanzos.
She is part of my new Songbirds collection. Most of these lovely birds can be seen visiting our gardens at some point during the year in the United States.
The lovely Cardinals can be seen year around. Especially the male Cardinals distinctive, bright red feathers.
Real leaves from trees and a rose geranium leaf are pressed in gold into the painting to bring in a sense of nature.
