Public art mosaic mural for Tucson International Airport. Mosaic mixed media murals of stained glass, reverse glass painting, stones,and gems. This is a Tohono O' Odham folk tale of coyote and bluebird with a bilingual story in center over fountain.
This is the right side of the mosaic mural with the reverse glass painting of the Blue Coyote.
Coyote is a reverse glass painting jumping into stained glass water while Bluebird is reverse glass painted in a mini mosaic above.
Real stones, agate, fossils, glass gems and ceramic stone are used to simulate the water and desert. A real scorpion is also in the mosaic mural.
